FFA-M180 Reciprocating Blister Packaging Machine

The FFA-M180 is a high-speed reciprocating aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine independently developed to meet medium-to-high speed blister packaging needs. It features a new-type reciprocating transverse sealing device, specially optimized for packaging with 30-100 micros thick aluminum foil and aluminum-coated films, ensuring tight, neat seals and consistent packaging quality. With a stable production speed of up to 160 packs/min (adjustable range: 30-180 packs/min), it can flexibly adapt to different production rhythms. Equipped with automatic and manual rotary vane-type servo blanking feeders as well as an automatic film splicing device, it effectively reduces manual intervention and downtime, improving overall production efficiency. The machine also has clear operational identifiers—including running direction, film threading instructions, safety marks, switch operation guides, and function indicators—making operation intuitive and safe, suitable for aluminum-plastic blister packaging lines requiring reliable performance and easy operation.
